This is an Star Anise drink that goes milky white when mixed with water. It is the ethnic drink of the eastern Mediterranean.
A traditional arak sourced from Israel and boasting a 40% strength, Distilled with the same fine ingredients used for centuries by Joseph Gold and Sons distillers since 1824, making the Elite Arak a fine and delicate traditional arak.

    • Pour the Arak into a clean, dry glass
    • Add a touch of water to open up the flavour 
    • Add one ot two ice cubes

  • Into a Highball glass Add in the following Order:

    • 15 Leafs fresh mint
    • Joice from One lime
    • Top with Crashed Ice
    • Sugar / Sugar Syrup
    • ArAK eLITE 4cl-6cl
    • Fill up with soda And Stir well

     

    Finish up with Mint for Garnish and you have a Great Summer Cool Drink.
